Why did Liz Murrill not protect our kids?
Attorney General Liz Murrill had a chance to shield Louisiana's children from one of the most devastating forms of abuse in the digital age: AI-generated revenge pornography and AI-driven cyberbullying. Tools like Grok are being used right now to create sexualized images and videos of children— to destroy reputations, to terrorize children in their schools, in their bedrooms, and in every corner of their lives.
She had a chance to stop it— to protect our children from harm.
We are calling this what it is: a failure of moral leadership. Whether it was corruption or cowardice, the result is the same. Our children were left exposed and parents powerless against big tech companies.
Our children cannot vote. They cannot lobby. They cannot protect themselves from billion-dollar platforms that profit from their harm. That is her job.
We are demanding accountability and action. We won’t rest until every child in Louisiana has the legal protection they deserve.
