The Christian Coalition of Alabama has launched a statewide Christian radio campaign to sound the alarm and hold Alabama legislators accountable for failing to protect children from online harm.
Earlier this year, the Coalition led the charge to pass legislation targeting tech companies whose AI tools generate deepfake, sexualized images of children. The response from Alabama's faithful was overwhelming — more than 10,000 Christian parents signed prayer petitions and flooded legislators with calls. The bill passed unanimously through both the House and Senate.
Then, just before final passage, legislators cut a backroom deal under pressure from Big Tech money, killing the final vote.
By reaching Alabama families in every corner of the state, Dr. Randy Brinson and the Christian Coalition aim to educate parents on the real dangers these AI tools pose, and ensure that no politician can ignore the voices of Alabama's Christian community.
Pray. Educate your children about these dangers. And learn what you can do at ccalabama.org.
